Documents you will need
We review every caterer before their storefront goes live. This protects customers and gives your badges credibility. If you later change your business name, identity document or bank details, we check the change before your storefront is shown again.
ID or passport
Of the owner or the person authorised to run the business.
Bank confirmation letter
For the account in your payout details. Most banks allow you to download one from their app.
Certificate of acceptability
Gives you the Food safety certified badge and includes you in the food safety search filter.
Business registration
CIPC documents, if your business is registered.
Clear and simple fees
There is no registration fee and no monthly subscription. Listing your business is free.
