Finding a caterer is often slow and uncertain. Customers ask around for recommendations, contact several caterers, wait for quotes and then work out the final cost themselves once travel, staff and extras are added.
Caterers face their own challenges. Many spend hours responding to vague enquiries that never become bookings, or to requests for dates they cannot take.
AlfaCaters addresses both. Customers can see which caterers are available, compare menus and prices, and send a booking request in minutes. Caterers receive complete requests for dates they can take, and manage their own menus and calendar.
